Description
Civil society is vital for a healthy democratic society. Research of the European convention on human rights, the Treaty on the functioning of the European Union and various other European sources, have lead to the articulation of European Standards pertaining to Civil Society and its regulation. Research into civil societya law and practise in a range of countries provides insight in to what extent countries in Europe are compliant with the European standards or provide for more favorable regulation of Civil Society.
