In this guest lecture at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, I compared the Dutch Ports (part 1, Rotterdam and part 2, Amsterdam/North Sea Canal area), focusing on drug-extractors (as child soldiers) and corrupt port workers as disposable army of organized crime in The Narco-state Netherlands, and how it is being policed as well as narrated on.
