Description
Meaningful comparative research is not (only) rule based but takes (also) functionality of the law and (administrative) practise into account. Comparative research of Civil Society/NGO-law is particularly challenging because of fundamental differences in historic development and legal, adminstrative and politcal culture. Aspects discussed included the design of the methodology and methodology itself, the distillation of European standards for Civil Society/NGO-law and normative results of the research project.Period | 27 Sept 2018 |
