Member of the Taskforce Cyberethiek in MBO-educationo Based on my research results about MBO-students this taskforce was initiated by the Public Prosecutors Office and the Police. They invited me to be involved.
oIn this taskforce we want to bring attention to the necessity of teaching cyber ethics and we developed a podcast and the underlying educational materials in collaboration with the MBO-raad and Stichting Praktijkleren: https://www.stichtingpraktijkleren.nl/cyberethiek/.
o For this purpose I was also interviewed by the MBO-raad and Stichting Praktijkleren about my research results, which was distributed to a large network trough their webpage and mailing lists: https://mbodigitaal.nl/2025/03/werkgroep-cybercrime-verminderen-besteed-meer-aandacht-aan-cyberethiek-in-ict-onderwijs/
o The podcast and educational materials were published in May 2025 and immediately gained a lot of attention from MBO-teachers who were keen to use it in their classes. An evaluation recently started.
