UN Expert Consultation on Combating Xenophobia and Protecting Human Rights

Description

At the end of October, ACMRL partnered with Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam to co-organize a UN Expert Consultation in Brussels. The event centered on developing a groundbreaking joint General Recommendation/Comment by the UN Committees on Migrant Workers (CMW) and the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD). This initiative aims to combat xenophobia and its detrimental impact on the rights of migrants and non-nationals.
