Appeal trial in major Swiss corruption case

Description

In 2021, an executive at the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (Seco) was sentenced to several years in prison. He had accepted gifts and bribes of around CHF 1.7 million over ten years. The appeal hearing is now taking place at the Federal Criminal Court in Bellinzona.
