Jihadism and terrorism

The Netherlands has already been heavily involved in terrorism. Which approach is successful and which method does not work? Muslims have a "collective responsibility" for banning support for jihadists in their own ranks. This could be through banning "hate preachers, cutting off the flow of foreign fundamentalists and explaining to young people that jihad is not the same as violence against unbelievers."
