Course Objective

Academic and Research Skills: Generating theory or models in the context of consulting or on consulting Knowledge of Theory + Methods and Solving Complex Problems: Application of academic knowledge in the context of a consulting assignment, or on a question relevant to the field Professional Social Skills: Doing research for a client and interacting with the client, and publication of research findings and/or recommendation in a report, as slide deck, in a professional journal or in an academic journal as agreed on in your assignment.

Course Content

The content is based on the client needs, for instance the contribution to a white paper, business case, an assessment of the effectiveness of consultancy tools, methods and approaches. The project can also aim for scientific knowledge generation related to consultant practices.
