Course Content
This course introduces the student to the core areas of law relevant for the world of business. Businesses have to deal with regulation in their operations, which usually restricts their behaviour: for example: environmental restrictions, restrictions in the processing of personal data and prohibition of anti-competitive behaviour. But law also offers opportunities for businesses to get a grip on their business environment by making use of business organizations (companies) and contractual arrangements (for example contractual relations in the supply chain and contracts for marketing and sales). You will learn the various ways in which you encounter law and regulation in business activities in an international business environment.Teaching Methods
