Course Content
The overall theme of the MBL Program is ‘Social Responsibility and Sustainability’ and this course is the second of the 3 courses of the first segment of introductory modules. This course is an introduction to legal institutions, theories, and practices. It provides the skills necessary to understand the sources, forms, and development of legal doctrine, to analyse and synthesize case law, to interpret statutes and laws and to engage in legal reasoning.Teaching Methods
