Course Objective

This tutorial enables you to conduct an in-depth study of an epistemological topic of your own choice.

Course Content

Possible topics: conceptions of social epistemology; collective ignorance; conspiracy theories; testimony and reading; common sense philosophy; the philosophy of Thomas Reid; Plantinga's metaphysics of modality; theories of truth.

Teaching Methods

Weekly tutorial meetings.
