18 interview transcripts: Self-employed consultants on former career at elite consultancy

This dataset was used for the analysis in the paper 'First up then out: Self-employment as a response to normative control practices in elite consultancies.'. The dataset is based on retrospective interviews with 18 consultants on their motives to chose for self-employment. Access to the dataset is restricted because it contains sensitive personal information. The data files with the transcripts are in word format.
