24 interview transcripts: Dutch consultants on work-life balance

This dataset was used for the analysis in the paper 'Work-life balance policies in high performance organisations: A comparative interview study with millennials in Dutch consultancies'. The dataset is based on interviews with 24millennial consultants. 12 interviews were conducted with consultants worked for strategy houses with an average working week of around 60 hours. The other 12 interviews include information from young professionals who worked for general management consultancies with average working weeks of roughly 50 hours. Access to the dataset is restricted because it contains sensitive personal information. The data files with the transcripts are in word format.
