CBA agreements regarding the use of fixed-term contracts in the Netherlands 2009-2019.

A dataset on the agreements on the use of fixed-term contracts by employers in Dutch collective bargaining agreements beteween 2009-2019. Specifically, the data contains information on the so-called chain clause: how many fixed-term contracts employers can give employees, the maximum duration and the duration of the 'cooling-off' period between two spells of fixed-term employment.
