This dataset contains: 1. An MS excel sheet containing measurement data for evaluation and analysis of Fig. 2, and theoretical values needed to replicate the scalar and tensor polarizabilities used in Fig. S2; 2. A Wolfram Mathematica notebook to reproduce the results shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. S3; 3. A Wolfram Mathematica notebook to reproduce the results shown in Fig. S2 and Tables 1,2, S2, and S3.
