Description
This dataset was collected from 704 young professionals (aged 21 to 35) in the Netherlands. The dataset consists of 520 women, respondents have a mean age of 29.4 years. The dataset contains information on career shocks (both positive and negative), career competencies, career success and employability. The dataset has been archived on Archstor.
