Sharing expert knowledge through a system lens. A literature review and panel study on consumption of protein sources.

The objective of this study is to infer system views about the protein transition by asking academic experts to draw and explain consumption practices of protein sources in relation to the food environment. During eight interviews with experts in the field of protein transition, participants were asked to draw a causal loop diagram (CLD) based on a provided set of variables. In this project depository we share supporting files, documentation and code for the research.
