File List Helmus_PDAC_Matlab.m Helmus_PDAC_R.r Description The matlab code generates all of the ecological and macroevolutionary simulations models presented in the results. The R code calculates spatial and nonspatial phylogenetic diversity area curves for community/sample/plot data sets. The R code is general so that it should work on most data sets.
