Description

This study addresses the provision of care to people in vulnerable positions during the Covid-19 crisis. First, we focus on how the crisis impacted these people, and how the organization of support to these vulnerable people changed during the crisis. Next, we describe the moral dilemma’s careproviders had to deal with during the crisis. A third topic concerns digital innovation (e-health) during the crisis and how that was done differently by three different organizations. The fourth topic deals with how collective action to organize support for these vulnerable people unfolded. Finally, through six design sessions we developed practical solutions based on our findings. These solutions address digital transformation, how to deal with moral dilemmas, and collective action during crisis.
