Anna Filyushkina is an inter-disciplinary post-doctoral researcher in ecosystem services. In her research she combines social, economic and ecological perspectives with ultimate aim to better understand trade-offs and synergies between ecosystem services and identify optimal management strategies. She is currently working on the ENVISION project on inclusive conservation, which includes a case study in the Netherlands (Kromme Rijn and Utrechtse Heuvelrug regions).
Anna is a fellow with the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) working on the Values assessment. She is representing IPBES Fellows in council of the Future Earth Early Career Researchers Network of Networks and is an active member of the Young Ecosystem Services Specialists (YESS) network.
