Personal profile

Personal information

As an organizational researcher, I am studying how we can redesign our work organizations to become the nucleus of a regenerative, fair, and alive society. You can find me in democratic workplaces, online communities, or coworking, hacker, and maker spaces, examining new organizational forms, relational practices, and collaborative tools. Currently, I am scoping new projects around the role of affect and embodiment in collaborative teamwork and organizational designs in the world of crypto and Web3. Besides, I advise and train companies on innovation culture, collaborative leadership, and cell structure design. Before landing in Amsterdam, my career led me to the South Pacific, the Universities of Wellington, New Zealand and Sydney, Australia, where indigenous ways of working inspired my thinking.
