Personal information

Christina Rott is an Associate Professor in the department of Management and Organization at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She obtained her PhD at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2014. During the PhD studies, she visited Columbia Business School in the City of New York. Subsequently, she worked as an Assistant Professor at Maastricht University and was a visiting scholar at the Rady School of Management, University of California in San Diego.

Research

Her research centers around Experimental and Behavioral Economics and she is particularly interested in organizational behavior, information asymmetries, diversity & inclusion, and communication. The main methodology in her research are lab and field experiments.
