Personal information
Dr. Dilek Uslu works as an Assistant Professor in the department of Management and Organization at the School of Business and Economics, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She obtained her PhD in Social and Organizational Psychology at Koç University. During her PhD, she worked as a visiting scholar at the Universiteit Utrecht under the Diversity and Inclusion lab. Later, she continued her academic career as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
Research
Her current research interests are leadership and leader/leadership development, organizational paradoxes, paradox mindset, workplace authenticity, and workplace inclusion.
Teaching
She coordinates and teaches the MSc course Diversity in Organizations and co-coordinates Leadership: Advanced Perspectives.
Additionally, she serves as a tutorial teacher for the Bachelor of Business Administration courses People in Business and Society (Game Theory) and supervises both bachelor's and master's thesis projects.
