Eduardo is a senior researcher at the department of Spatial Economics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam where he teaches several courses (BSc and MSc level) and researches on the topic: “Added value of GI technology for opening processes”, such as education and spatial planning. Eduardo achieved his PhD in economics (2007) at the Vrije Universiteit.
