Emma Han-Ju Yang is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the KIN Center for Digital Innovation, Department of Knowledge, Information and Innovation, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She received her PhD in Management from the University of Edinburgh in 2026. Before transitioning to academia, she worked at IBM and KPMG, where she managed digital transformation projects for global financial services firms, bridging research and practice in the field of digital innovation.
