Personal profile

Personal information

Since 2023 I am an assistant professor at VU Amsterdam. My areas of expertise are the governance of networks and interprofessional and interorganizational collaboration in the healthcare sector. I defended my PhD dissertation 'Imperfect Integration: Governing Collaboration Through Networks in Healthcare' at the Radboud University in 2024. I have a Master's degree in Psychology and Public Administration.

Currently, I am involved in a project with Midwifery Sciences. We study variations in the organization of integrated care in the birth care sector. We collaborate with birth care networks and study which elements of organization hinder or improve interorganizational and interprofessional collaboration.
