Ismir Mulalic is visiting professor at the department of Spatial Economics of the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He is associate professor at the Copenhagen Business School. 

Research

Ismir Mulalic’s research focuses on applied microeconomics and applied microeconometrics: in particular urban economics and transportation economics. Recent research topics include consumer choice behaviour for durables, the causal effect of commuting distance on workers' wages, the redistributive effects of taxes on different commodity categories, the residence choice decision (residential sorting), the determinants of the trucking firm fuel use, car ownership and usage and parking policy.
