Personal information

Kathrin Borner is a PhD candidate at the Knowledge Information and Innovation (KIN) Research Group. She holds a bachelors in Business and Economics from the University of Hohenheim, Germany and the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics in Chengdu, China and a Masters in Entrepreneurship from both, the University of Amsterdam and the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
Kathrin enjoys learning new things and is passionate about change and progress. For her PhD project, she examines digital innovations in practice. By doing so, Kathrin aims to create new insights that help organizations to effectively and responsibly manage digital innovations and ultimately drive forward our society.

Furthermore, I am co-organizing KINTalks - an event where inspiring practitioners are invited to talk about their work experience in the field of innovation, digital technology, business and/or design.
