Personal information

Kristina Nadricka is an external PhD candidate at the Marketing Department. She has an MBA degree in Marketing and more than 10 years of professional leadership experience in customer experience management, customer-centric service and product development and retail operations management. Her research interests include consumer behavior, nudging for better consumer choices and sustainable consumption. Kristina’s PhD project focuses on the consumer perceptions and purchase decisions for healthy and sustainable food choices.

Kristina also teaches Customer Experience and Service Design at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and supervises bachelor theses.
