Context-sensitive and comparative perspectives on HRM, diversity, and inclusion; global diversity management; refugees‘ experiences of inclusion and exclusion at work; diversity and inclusion in the start-up ecosystem; multi-level perspectives


I teach courses on the Changing HRM Environment and Performance Management in the Business Administration Masters Program (HRM specialization) and supervise Master theses and PhD theses. I also offer Executive Education on Diversity and Inclusion in Start-ups.
