Research

I am a psychologist by education and hold a PhD in International Human Resource Management from ESCP Europe (Berlin, Germany). My research examines workplace diversity and inclusion from multiactor and context-sensitive perspectives. My work appears in high-impact journals such as Academy of Management Discoveries, Political Psychology, and Human Resource Management Review.

Teaching

I teach courses on Diversity and Inclusion (MBA Program), Performance Management (Business Administration, MA Program), and Psychological Foundations of Managing People (International Business Administration, BA Program). I also supervise PhD and Master theses and offer PhD workshops and executive education on diversity and inclusion (research).
