Personal profile

Personal information

As an organizational anthropologist, I specialize in conducting qualitative and ethnographic research in complex (inter)organizational settings with a focus on practices, materials, spaces, and stories that carry meaning and shape reality. Specifically, I apply social and cultural theories and interpretive methods to gain a better understanding of organizational themes such as change, collaboration and co-creation. The aim is to gain in-depth insight into how individuals and organizations, with their own intentions and practices, are connected to and interact with one another as they work (together) to fulfil a purpose or realize a vision.
