Personal profile

Personal information

Experienced Trainer and Researcher with an interest in patient and public engagement. My goal is to create partnerships between patients, health professionals and researchers to drive meaningful innovation. I have worked with partnerships in Canada, Europe and the Netherlands. Happy to help with clarifying the purpose and value of patient and public engagement, improving policy and practice, providing tools and training to develop effective partnerships.

I'm currently researching engagement initiatives to better understand the key conditions for success needed for such initiatives to transform research practices and health outcomes. This is part of my PhD and the PARADIGM consortium (www.imi-paradigm.eu), an initiative focussed on developing tools for monitoring and evaluating value and impact of patient engagement.
