Academic entrepreneur at Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, with experience in research, education and consulting in health and life sciences. Holds a cum laude master degree in management and entrepreneurship in health and life sciences and is professionally trained as a consultant in strategic development. Obtained a cum laude PhD degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, on her research describing the societal impact of knowledge in the life sciences. Her research interests focus on the interactions that enable stakeholders, and specifically innovative entrepreneurs, to achieve a broad societal impact of knowledge. Involved in various national and international projects on knowledge valorisation across life sciences industries. Educates master students with a background in the biomedical sciences on societal entrepreneurship.
