I am currently serving as Visiting Professor at SERVUS (Free University Amsterdam). I have 22 years of academic experience; over six and half years of which were at senior academic management level in the UK and overseas. From 2015 to 2019 I served as Dean of the College of Business Administration at A'Sharqiyah University (ASU) in Oman. ASU is a private liberal arts university that adopts the American credit hour system. Prior to that I was Professor of Innovation Management and Leadership (a Personal Chair from the University of Essex) and Head of the Division of Management, Business and Enterprise at University Campus Suffolk (UCS), now renamed University of Suffolk. UCS was jointly owned by two leading British Universities: University of East Anglia and the University of Essex.
