Dr. Nina Schroeder-van 't Schip is an art historian and postdoctoral researcher with the Doopsgezind Seminarium at the Faculty of Religion and Theology. She is conducting interdisciplinary research on Dutch Mennonite life, representation, and artistic engagement in the early modern period. Her current research interests include Dutch Golden Age painting, early modern print history, and Mennonite social networks within the Dutch art marketplace. Nina is on the planning committee of the ACHHP (Amsterdam Centre for the History and Heritage of Protestantism) and she is a Doopsgezinde Historische Kring board member. Schroeder-van 't Schip is also the coordinator of the VU's undergraduate minor, "Peace Theology and Anabaptist-Mennonite Traditions."
