I am fascinated by understanding how people interact with technology, the impact it has on our lives, and the ways it can be designed to benefit well-being and social connection. With a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.Sc. in Human-Technology Interaction, my academic background combines technical expertise with a focus on psychological aspects of technology use.
My current PhD research focuses on Problematic Use of the Internet (PUI), where I explore how loneliness and social engagement within both online and offline world are related to the development of PUI. Through this work, I aim to uncover meaningful insights into how Internet use influences our social lives and well-being, ultimately contributing to helping people improve how they navigate their online experiences in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
