Rabia is dedicated to push the frontiers of research on criminal justice and to design and investigate the efficiency and effectiveness of safety programs. She has served in various positions in the field of Social Science (i.e., lecturer, program coordinator, senior policy advisor/researcher, parent trainer). Her work entails an interdisciplinary approach to illuminate complex processes initiating or maintaining risk behavior or crime. Understanding these processes— that cut across multiple contexts and issues in the field—is of utmost importance to prevent crime.
