Sara Trovato has obtained a Bsc. (2012) in Psychological Sciences and Techniques at the University of Florence and a Msc (2015) in Mind Science at the University of Turin.
Sara is currently a PhD student at the Department of Sociology. Her dissertation explores the politicization of immigration in the public debate in Italy across two crises - the 2008 economic crisis and the 2015 so-called 'refugee crisis' - through a mixed-method approach.
- (co)lecturer in Political Participation and Protest (2018-19, 2019-20), a course which targets 2nd-year bachelor students in Sociology and Political Science and which is open as an elective to Exchange students and other FSW students as well
