Research
Currently, Selen is working on a 3-year Ph.D. project focusing on a scenario-based approach to improve the success rate of culture change programs in organizations. This research is under the supervision of Dr. O.N. Solinger and Prof. dr. S.N. Khapova.
The scenario-based approach is based on quantitative trajectories of development captured over high-density repeated measurements in the field, allows for a configuration of alternative temporal pathways of how culture change unfolds, and allows for real-time forecasting of future developments, which is highly instrumental for change agents on the ground.
