Personal information

Steven is a PhD candidate and junior lecturer in the VU’s Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) BA program. He is interested in mixed-method and interdisciplinary research, and in how events from the (distant) past affect political attitudes and behaviors in the present day. His current research uses quantitative and qualitative methods to investigate World War II’s influence on 21st-century, far-right political support in the Netherlands.
