Xander Koolman is full professor Health Economics and chairs the Health Economics section at the department of Ethics, Governance and Society, School of Business and Economics, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Research

His research interests are institutional economics and applied health econometrics/biostatistics. In his work he is keen to combine both in quantitative research and health economic policy.
