Personal profile

Research

PhD project (2017 - today) about dealing with different perspectives in healthcare services for older patients in primary and secondary care. Late modern developments show a shift to inclusion of new policy actors in the management of health. I study how patients, care practitioners, insurers and policy makers jointly shape implementation and governance, given their differences in interests, preferences, skills and positions. To this end, I use a qualitative, phronetic research approach.

Supervision: dr. Duco Bannink, dr. Sierk Ybema, prof. Hein van Hout & dr. Fleur Thomese.
