Alexander Bosman was granted an Honourable Mention by the Jury of the 2016 Mitchell B. Carroll Prize for his dissertation “Other Income under Tax Treaties; An Analysis of Article 21 of the OECD Model Convention”. Alexander defended his dissertation at VU Amsterdam in September 2015.
The International Fiscal Association (IFA) instituted the Mitchell B. Carroll Prize to encourage scientific work in the field of international fiscal questions, comparative fiscal law and local fiscal law with the emphasis on the relationships with the fiscal law of foreign jurisdictions.
