This project is funded by Stichting Management Studies (https://managementstudies.nl/). In this project we strive to understand how leading and fast-growing organizations adjust (or not) their strategy processes and practices to the fast-paced and turbulent environment in which they operate. We aim to conduct several case studies and round tables (case organizations TBD), as well as run questionnaire among commercial organizations in the Netherland. The findings will be summarized in the book.
