Innovative Knowledge About Networks - Fish for Food (IKAN-F3)

Project about trade and its drivers, commodity chains, and food security and nutrition. Particular focus on rural small, low-cost fish commodity chains. Findings show the functional nature of these chains, adaptive to shocks like corporate and state intrusions, but also the precarious livelihoods they entail. Co-author of application with Prof Maarten Bavinck and Dr Gerben Nooteboom (both UvA).
