Description

REPAIR is a Jean Monnet Module supported by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union between 2022-2025, and is hosted at the Department of Political Science and Public Administration of Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
The abbreviation REPAIR stands for ‘Re-focusing the European Green Deal on the protection of the environment, security and Indigenous Peoples’ rights in the Arctic’.
It is a Master’s and PhD level extracurricular module that runs throughout the entire academic year and supports various Master’s programmes, ranging from political science and law to earth sciences and environmental resource management the VU Amsterdam and University of Lapland. Its teachers team includes Project Coordinator Ozlem Terzi, Wolfgang Wagner, Tanja Aalberts, Gareth Davies and Oscar Widerberg from the VU and Monica Tennberg and Marjo Lindroth from Univesity of Lapland. Participanting students receive a certificate of attendance. This project will produce policy outlook papers written by participating Master and PhSD students and also research outputs by faculty during its running period.
