Relevance. The article explores the transformative role of technological progress in developing market competition within the Ukrainian economy. The relevance of this study is driven by the rapid pace of technological innovations and their pervasive impact on global markets, necessitating a thorough examination of their implications for the competitive environment in Ukraine.

Purpose. The aim of the study is to assess the impact of the implementation of innovative technologies on market dynamics, competitive strategies, and overall economic performance in Ukraine.

Methods: analysis of scientific literature; synthesis; generalization and systematization.

Combining qualitative indicator analysis and previous research findings, the study examines various sectors of the Ukrainian economy, evaluating the degree of integration of technological innovations such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and advanced data analytics, as well as their impact on market competition.

Results. The findings indicate a significant correlation between the implementation of innovative technologies and enhanced market competitiveness. Companies that have effectively integrated these technologies tend to exhibit greater market flexibility, improved operational efficiency, and a stronger competitive position. Additionally, the study shows that technological innovations have lowered entry barriers for new companies, fostering a more dynamic and competitive market environment. However, the uneven adoption of technologies across different sectors highlights a disparity in competitive advantages, indicating the need for targeted policy interventions to promote broader technological integration.

Conclusions. The study underscores the importance of innovative technologies in shaping the competitive landscape of the Ukrainian market. It emphasizes the necessity of continuous investments in technology and innovation to sustain competitive advantages and drive economic growth. Policymakers are encouraged to facilitate a conducive environment for technology adoption through appropriate regulations and incentives. The research provides valuable insights into the strategic role of technology in market competition, enabling businesses and policymakers to navigate the evolving economic landscape effectively.
