The methodological handbook contains educational material and methodological recommendations for teaching media education programmes. The materials correspond to the most relevant trends in the development of media education as an innovation that will determine the future of education as a whole, which will take place in open information spaces. The first three chapters of the handbook contain methodological materials that support the health-preserving trend; the next two are aimed at ensuring the informational-patriotic trend in its ideological and instrumental components. The final, sixth, chapter is an attempt to transition to the trend of digital humanism within existing cyber-practices. The handbook presents diagnostic methods and analytical material on socio-psychological problems related to the challenges of the infodemic and the conditions of martial law, using media-psychological innovations; it also presents innovative means of supporting the individual in an educational institution of any type in order to create a health-preserving environment and improve the quality of education in Ukraine, and provides recommended literature and internet sources.
It is addressed to university lecturers, staff of institutes of postgraduate pedagogical education, media educators, psychologists, social pedagogues, and teachers in educational institutions at all levels, and may also be useful for students of pedagogical and psychological specialities, as well as all interested users.
