N2 - We describe a Hybrid Intelligence agent that constructs a personal diary through conversation. The diary is represented in an episodic Knowledge Graph as a timeline of events, where the communication is driven by the information need of the agent. We argue that such a structured diary provides valuable information to contextualize physical, social and mental functioning and well-being for medical research and monitoring. We provide details on the formal model and implementation and demonstrate the communication by our first baseline agent. Our code is available under the MIT license on GitHub: https://github.com/leolani/ cltl-diary-parent.
